Lost or Delayed Packages
The Cozy Crown is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier
If your package appears lost:

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as we are unable to refund or replace orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
